The Rise Golf Course is a one-of-a-kind mountain course located in Vernon, British Columbia. Perched 1,000 feet above Okanagan Lake, this 18-hole championship layout was co-designed by Fred Couples and Gene Bates to take full advantage of the natural topography. Carved into rocky terrain and surrounded by rolling hills, the course offers dramatic elevation changes, generous fairways, and panoramic views from nearly every hole.
The course is designed to challenge skilled players while remaining enjoyable for recreational golfers, with five sets of tees and varied hole designs. The layout encourages strategic play, as elevation, wind, and natural features come into play throughout the round.
Amenities include a full-service practice facility and a new fleet of GPS-equipped golf carts. Players can also take advantage of unique access options, including helicopter or floatplane arrivals through the Fly & Stay program, with private heli-pad and lake dock access on site.
With a quiet setting, professionally maintained playing surfaces, and unmatched views of the Okanagan Valley, The Rise delivers a memorable golf experience in one of the most scenic locations in the region.
