Happy New Year’s

We listened—and changed our New Year’s event from a private party to a celebratory dinner experience. 

Celebrate New Year’s Eve by dining at The Edge. Enjoy an evening featuring:

  • Our full menu with special additions
    • Fresh-shucked oysters ($24 for 6 | $44 for 12)
    • Chocolate fountain with fresh fruit and cookies. ($25)
  • A glamorous atmosphere—dress to impress!
  • Live music by the talented Monica Tracey
  • Outdoor fire pits with warm drinks and sweet treats (weather permitting)
  • Dancing and mingling after dinner 
  • Complimentary shuttle service between 10 PM and 1:00 AM for guests in the Predator Ridge and Vernon areas.

Christmas at The Edge. Savour the Season!

From December 20th to 26th (closed Christmas Day), The Edge will be transformed into a winter wonderland, adorned with Christmas ornaments, crackling fires, and festive music to set the perfect holiday ambience.

Indulge in new seasonal food features, like Local Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Double Smoked Bacon and Chipotle Aioli, followed by a comforting Baked Maple & Honey Glazed Ham with Caramelized Onions and Scallop Potatoes. Finish on a sweet note with our Holiday Platter of Maple Butter Tarts, Espresso Nanaimo Bars, and Homemade Ferrero Rocher.
