Terms & Conditions

  • Game Packs are for individial use only and cannot be shared, transferred or used for other guests in your group
  • Game Packs Expire on October 11, 2027. Extensions will not be granted for unused games. No exceptions.
  • Game Packs Can no longer be shared with guests in the group
  • All Game Pack rounds include shared power cart with GPS
  • Rounds are for 18 holes only and cannot be split into 9 holes rounds
  • A person can only purchase or share one game pack per year
  • Bonus Rounds are available if purchased prior to Dec 31, 2026
  • FREE & Family Twilight Access – Available with Plus+ Game Packs, a game pack holder may elect to bring their spouse and/or a minor aged children in their household free of charge after 5pm. Only one game pack holder per day if shared.
  • Family Twilight Access – Available with Intermediate Game Packs, a game pack holder may elect to bring their spouse and/or a minor aged children in their household free of charge after 5pm provided a round is used.
  • Guest Rate – Available with select Game Packs, Guests with holders will receive the current Guest Rate Green Fee provided the Game Pack Holder is in the group and a round is used from the holder’s package. Maximum 3 guests allowed per visit.
  • Merchandise Discount – Available with select Game Packs, Holders will receive 15% off regular retailprice on Softgoods in the Golf Shop. Does not apply to hardgoods or equipment and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
  • Management reserves the right to alter these Terms & Conditions without notice

Cancellation Policy

  • Game Packs can be cancelled up to April 1, 2027 and receive a full refund minus a $200 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2027
