Tee Time Booking – Terms & Conditions

  • You will require a name, telephone number, email address, and valid credit card to reserve a tee time. If you choose the “Pay at Golf” option, your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. You may choose any conventional form of payment at the time of physically checking in at the golf course.
  • Your personal information including name, address, telephone, email, and credit card information is protected within a safety-assured booking site. Under no circumstance does the golf course sell, trade or share your private information with third or inquiring parties.
  • The price of the reservation is determined by the time and day of the tee time.
  • Online tee times are primarily intended for two, three and foursomes. Single bookings are only available online when paired with an adjoining group. You may want to contact us for single bookings.
  • As golf is an outdoor activity, patrons are not entitled to refunds due to unfavorable weather conditions unless outlined in our Rain Check Policy below.
  • The Rise Golf Course staff reserve the right to modify or cancel duplicate bookings.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your booking.
  • To qualify for Senior Tuesday rates (Age 55+) a valid ID will be required at check-in.

Management may allow modifications at their discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by 4:00 PM the day before your scheduled tee time.

  • Cancellations made before 4:00 PM the day prior to your tee time will not incure any charges.

  • Cancellations made after 4:00 PM the day prior to your tee time are subject to charges at the full booked rate for all players.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booked rate for all players in the reservation.

We understand that plans change, and we appreciate advance notice so we can offer your tee time to other guests. To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us as early as possible.

Rain Check Policy

The Rise Resort does not issue rain checks for inclement weather. However, we understand that weather conditions can impact your experience.

If play is stopped by course management due to weather conditions:

  • Guests may be eligible for a rain check at the discretion of course staff.

  • Rain checks are calculated based on the green fee amount paid divided by the number of holes remaining.
  • Rain checks are not issued once you have tee’d off the 15th hole. 

  • Rain checks are issued on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

Please note:

  • Rain checks are not automatically issued for rain or weather delays.

  • The decision to stop play rests solely with course management for safety reasons.

  • We encourage guests to check weather forecasts and dress appropriately for conditions.
