Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a plan B if it rains?
Yes, we offer backup options such as the patio area. In case of inclement weather, we may delay the ceremony. We also recommend informing your guests that the ceremony is outdoors, so they can dress appropriately and consider bringing rain or shade umbrellas.
Do you have a bridal suite to get ready?
No, we do not have a dedicated bridal suite. We recommend that you and your bridal party arrive dressed and ready for the event. The Apatite Room is an extra $500.00 if you wish to block the space for you and the bridal party.
What time will we have access to set up?
The Stellar Room will be available for setup starting at 10:00 AM on the day of your event. Our team will ensure that tables are set up by this time to facilitate your preparations.
What time can we have our ceremony?
You may schedule your ceremony any time after 3:00 PM. Please choose a time that best suits you and your guests.
Are there any decoration restrictions or guidelines for setup and takedown?
Permitted Materials: You are welcome to decorate using appropriate tape, thumbtacks, push pins, and ceiling hooks.
Prohibited Materials: Please refrain from using staple guns, large nails, screws, or placing tape on the windows.
Takedown: All decorations must be removed from the venue on the night of the event.
Can you store decorations?
Unfortunately, we do not have or offer storage, items of significant value should be removed from the venue immediately following the ceremony. Please note that The Rise Resort is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged decor, supplies, gifts, or equipment.
Can we use real candles?
Yes, real candles are permitted; however, they must be enclosed or contained in glass holders to ensure safety.
Do you supply A/V equipment?
Yes, we offer the following A/V equipment rentals: Please ensure you bring all necessary cables to connect your devices.
Do you have a dance floor?
While we do not have a designated dance floor, many couples utilize the spacious area in the corner of the Stellar Room for their DJ or live band setup. If you prefer an official dance floor for your “first dance” photos, you may rent one through a local vendor.
